Warranty

Starr Woodworks stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship. This warranty covers failures related to workmanship and wood components under normal use.

Indoor Furniture

Starr Woodworks warrants its indoor furniture for the original owner’s lifetime against failure due to craftsmanship or structural wooden components under normal use. If a failure occurs due to joinery or material issues, Starr Woodworks will repair or replace the piece at its sole discretion.

Outdoor Furniture & Installations

Outdoor furniture and installations are covered by a three-year warranty against defects in workmanship and wooden components under normal use. Due to exposure to weather and environmental conditions, natural movement, fading, and wear are not covered under this warranty.

Hardware, Electrical, and Upholstery

Hardware, electrical components, and upholstery are covered under a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, provided they are used under normal conditions.

Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal aging, wood movement, or finish changes due to climate or sunlight

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

• Wear from outdoor exposure beyond what is covered

• Client modifications or unauthorized repairs
